CHATEAU CARMAN RENTALS
PRICES AND TERMS
rental rates are for either the villa or the 2 bedroom apartment
payment
we require a booking deposit of 25% this is accepted as part payment of the total price & is non refundable,
please ask for a copy of our full terms and conditions
2 bedroom apartment
low 1st nov to 30th april £350
early season 1st may to 1st july £400
peak season 1st july to 3rd sept £450
late season 4th sept to 31st october £400
please note the 25% deposit must be paid, is accepted as part payment of the total price & is non refundable, the balance together with £200 breakage / damage fee (returnable within 10 days of vacating the property) must be paid 8 weeks before the start of your holiday (we reserve the right to cancel the booking if balance is not paid by the due date )
it is important that you read our full terms and conditions
there is a 10% discount on bookings of 2 weeks or 15% discount on bookings of 3 weeks
please note the contract forms an agreement between you and the owners of chateau carman
smoking is not allowed in the chateau or the apartments, if you are a smoker please use the balconies or the bbq area with ashtrays provided
the number of people occupying must not exceed the no specified on the booking form
the property must be left in a clean and tidy condition failure to do so will result in additional charges
